Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing to book a sound bath or wellness service. I aim to provide a relaxing, professional experience for every participant. Please review the refund and cancellation guidelines below.

1. Individual Sessions (Virtual or In-Person)
  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session are eligible for a full refund or a one-time reschedule.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for a refund.

  • No-shows are nonrefundable.

 
2. Group Sessions, Classes & Workshops
  • Cancellations 48 hours before the event qualify for a full refund or transfer to another event if available.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of a group session are nonrefundable due to reserved space and preparation costs.

 
3. Private Group Bookings / Corporate Wellness Events
  • A deposit may be required to secure the date.

  • Deposits are nonrefundable, but may be transferable to another date if requested at least 7 days in advance.

  • Cancellations with fewer than 7 days’ notice are not refundable due to planning and facility commitments.

 
4. Special Events & Collaborations

For retreats, conferences, or events co-hosted with partners, refund policies may vary based on venue, contracts, or third-party guidelines. Details will be outlined at registration.

5. How to Request a Refund

Please email info@mosiwellnessllc.com with your name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Eligible refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

 
6. Exceptions

I reserve the right to make case-by-case exceptions in the event of emergencies or extenuating circumstances.
