Liability Waiver

By participating in any sound bath, wellness session, class, workshop, virtual event, or related offering (“Services”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

 

1. Voluntary Participation

I understand that my participation in sound healing and wellness activities is entirely voluntary. I may stop, pause, or leave at any time.

 

2. Not a Medical or Mental Health Treatment

I understand that sound baths and wellness services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health care, physical therapy, or any professional treatment.
I agree to consult my physician or licensed provider regarding any concerns about my health or participation.

 

3. Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that wellness activities—such as lying down, deep relaxation, meditation, or exposure to sound vibrations—may involve certain risks, including but not limited to:

• Dizziness or lightheadedness

• Emotional release

• Sensitivity to sound

• Physical discomfort from sitting or lying in one position

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in these activities.

 

4. Health Disclosure

I agree that it is my responsibility to:

• Inform the practitioner of any relevant medical conditions (such as pregnancy, PTSD, epilepsy, hearing sensitivities, injuries, or mobility limitations).

• Consult with a healthcare professional before participating if I have any concerns.

I acknowledge that failing to share relevant health information may increase risks.

 

5. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and hold harmless the practitioner, business owner, staff, assistants, and venue from any and all claims, liabilities, injuries, damages, or losses arising out of or related to my participation in the Services.

This includes claims based on negligence, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional harm.

 

6. Personal Belongings

I understand that I am responsible for my own personal items. The practitioner is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen belongings.

 

7. Audio/Video Recording (If Applicable)

I understand that some sessions may be recorded or photographed for business use. I will be notified beforehand and may decline participation in any media.

 

8. Virtual & Online Sessions

For virtual services, I am responsible for ensuring a safe environment free from hazards. I understand that the practitioner cannot observe my physical space and therefore cannot be responsible for environmental risks.

 

9. Consent

By attending or participating in the Services, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this Liability Waiver & Release.
If I am signing on behalf of a minor, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian.
